Loud yowling cat training collar – Shock collar – no bark collar have you found any for cats?

Can you help? I have a cat that wants out at night. I would love to let him out but he gets into fights and loses. (lots of expensive vet bills) Anyway it’s keeping us awake! Have any of you ever found a no bark (yowl) collar for cats and have any luck? I want to keep the cat. I know I must be crazy but there’s got to be a way to win this battle with the cat. Thank You
Ok thank you for the answers so far. Yes Monty is neutered he was years ago. He Buy Propecia Online is very healthy. We put him out on a harness in our back yard for a few hours each night. We keep him a regular schedule for that hoping that he won’t ask to go out at other times. He likes to walk right into our room yowl and run away. We yell he’s quiet for about 15 minutes then it starts again. I might just need to buy many many water guns. Any new thoughts?
