I have used a squirt bottle, and she doesn’t really mind getting wet. She even stops to think about it when cheap pills she sees me pick it up, and she still does it.
I tried to use sticky things, but she didn’t mind them, and in fact, when she stayed with a friend for a couple of weeks, actually played with the tape on a package he received.
I don’t think something uncomfortable would work, since she lays on her scratching materials and even rubs herself up against them.
Let me know if you have unusual suggestions.

Has any one ever trained their cheap Ampicillin cat to use the toilet? I’m so sick of cleaning the litter box! I’m sure it would be healthier for my cat as well. Do those training things you put on the toilet actually work? How long does it take? My cat’s 5 years old btw.
