My Mom got a cat for christmas . It has been starting doing a bad cat behavior in the house. I have kept the litter box clean and it still has been bad and I’ve decided to get rid of it. Who is more at fault for the cat’s behavior?
It was my stepdad who picked the cat up from the place we found the cat at as well.
and we live in the same house and it kept ****** in mom’s bed.

She doesnt act mean towards anyone who lives here, But If I have friends over, she will hiss and meow really loud at them when they try to pet her. Why do some cats act this way?

Im toilet training my cat, and right now, there’s already a hole in the Sitz Bath that is 1 inch in diameter or maybe 1.5. well ive seen pictures that the Sitz Bath doesn’t have any litter at all, but i still put litter in the Sitz Bath. Should i stop putting litter in the Sitz Bath? Or any other toilet training cats advice?

how to potty training a cat to go out side to do there biz and come back? and how old do they have to be to do this?

I have recently seen a documentary on therapists who visit nursing homes and special clinics with people who have various disorders which impair their coordination, using specially trained cats to treat these people. Apparently, holding a cat stimulates the patients, and is beneficial.
But where do you get those cats? Does somebody breed “therapy cats”? Do you bring them up in a certain way yourself? If so, are there books (I haven’t seen any “Train your own therapeutical cat”-books yet though)?

how much of a kitten’s personality stays the same into adulthood?
my kitten is really friendly and cuddly and loves people, could she end up being very different as an adult? she’s about 3 months old right now.

I recently bought two cats one is a kitten and one is about a year old. The woman I got them from lived on a farm and the cats were not allowed in the house. I have a litter box and I showed them where it is but will they know thats where they are supposed to go? Advice Please..
